For repair information, please contact us via feedback form specifying the number of your order and item photo attached.

You can change your contact information in your Personal Profile or by contacting our call center operators.

If you did not use your items, we will exchange them within 14 days after the purchase. To do so, you need to fill in the form in the "Return/Exchange" section.

You can cancel/modify your order by contacting our call center . If you have paid for your purchase using your card, money will be refunded to your account within seven business days.

You can combine these criteria to find the necessary product faster by using type, color, and material.

If your order is placed correctly, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. An order will be deemed received upon receipt of a delivery confirmation.

Using navigation menu, select your items, specify their size, and add them to cart. To place an order, specify your personal data, preferred method of payment and delivery. Our manager will contact you shortly to confirm your order and ask all necessary details.

On our website, you can also use a "buy in one click" function, using which you can place an order in seconds. To do so, please select your items, specify their size and press the "buy in one click" button. Please leave your email, name and phone number in the window that will appear. If you have a promo code, you need to enter it in the special field, which will appear in the course of an order placement.

Unfortunately, the range of items is not always updated on the website. If this is the case, an operator will suggest you placing a pre-order or will propose a similar available item instead. As an apology for the inconvenience, we will give you a discount on your next purchase.

If, unfortunately, you have received items of the quality lower than you expected, you can return a purchased item within 14 days after delivery by filling in a return request. Within 14 days, you can contact us by filling in a special questionnaire in the "Contact Us" section, or by sending us an email to [email protected] specifying the information related to your order (purchase date and order number) and with a photo of an item with the clearly visible defect having been attached.
